Intelink is a group of "secure" intranets used by the United States Intelligence Community. Passport is an identity and access management service for Intelink.

Rule #3 prohibits three or more consecutive uppercase, lowercase, or digit characters, even if those characters are not the same. For example, a password with "ABC" or "829" anywhere in it would not be allowed.
